Awful, absolutely awful. After 45 minutes getting through drive thru, I live 25 miles from the restaurant, to finally getting home. Just 4 sandwiches and one fries and it’s not hardly eat able. 3 quarter pou ders, I asked for no cheese, there was cheese on them. I ordered a big mac and flat out didn’t get one. The burgers I did have was drenched in so much mustard that we couldn’t stand the taste. Hard earned money and time wasted on this place

After waiting in line and to order, I ordered a hamburger and had to pull over in courtesy parking so they could bring it out after a five minute wait. I did this to eat something that now costs 1.39, was $1 coke is $1.39, Big Mac showed over $7 so I canceled it. Shouldn’t be eating this anyway. Play store order the order was given to somebody else set out front waiting for food for 10 minutes sent my son into get it it was sitting on the counter apparently waiting for somebody to bring it out got home everything was cold and the water was completely wrong called up to jerseyville McDonald’s and the manager named Robin is the woman I was talking to and I told her I know you were right there when our order was wrong but instead she’s blaming it that she was in the back of the restaurant flat out lie then I told her instead of being a manager like a manager should and making sure the order is right she decides to go to the back which is another lie I went on to telling her that this was ridiculous and that our food was cold and she hung up the phone on me tried to call back and then fortunately there’s a busy signal very disrespectful manager I hope this problem in bad manager can be dealt with because she is really bringing down this establishment thank you have a wonderful day
