We picked up food at 7:30 last Thursday night. Paid over $55 and we were so disappointed. Ordered Pupu platter and sides. Everything was dried out and overcooked: chicken fingers, shrimp, pork fried rice, boneless spare ribs, etc etc. Won’t be returning!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give a negative star, I will. The driver almost ran over my foot and I would have called the police. Driver came to deliver food and I asking for card and ID so he can take a photo. Never have I ordered food where and a place ask to see the card when they deliver and he’s talking about someone ordered and then cancel the card after a few days! I’m reading the reviews and the food seems nasty so I can see why someone will do that. He was very rude too!

Ordered from here many times and ordered spring rolls many times which have no meat. (I dont eat meat) Tonight they had meat, I took a bite and was surprised, and spit it out and was disgusted. as it never had it before. and the restaurant wouldn’t fix the error at all or replace it. Won’t be back.

We have been ordering from Chang Chung since we moved here 23 yrs ago… Yesterday evening (7/15/2022) was the first time we literally through everything left over out… Everything in the pupu overcooked, dry and rice was mushy… we had both worked all day and wanted our fresh, good food an it was far from that. Super super disappointing. Unfortunately if you can’t rely on consistency for your money, you have to go elsewhere… shame
