I was going to have all you can eat walleye, after waiting 20 minutes I was finally offered a beverage and ordered. Food came and never seen the waitress again. For about 40 minutes I was waiting to ordered more walleye. Finally I asked the owner of the establishment for my bill. I was very disappointed in this place. He never said sorry for anything. Just offered me a $5 coupon on my next service. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I got married at the event center and I can’t say enough how perfect my wedding was! Thanks to Heidi and the crew the meal was delicious, Heidi let us know what to do next and got everyone in their places. The bar tender was great as well. Top notch service!

First and last got a bacon cheeseburger with raw onion and American cheese. Half the bacon was still raw. Took 2 bites and the food had a very strange taste like how almost spoiled meat tastes like. The staff there where good. Understaffed for sure you had your bar tender flying around taking care of a party in one room and the whole bar in the other. Plus I think dishes when you then had the server lollygagging around. Seems like if management was there they didn’t care or if they where they did a horrible job of helping.

Went there for a wedding reception. The food was OK. Pulled pork was good. The chicken breast was really dry. In fact, it is too dry to eat. The venue was nice enough. Good location for a low-key wedding reception.

There was at Bison Creek with my mother and a friend. Wednesday night all you can eat BBQ ribs. Which came with fries. The original order of ribs was okay the ends were a little dried out but was still able to eat them. I’m glad I didn’t i forgot to order mine without sauce. We each got one reorder which contained 3 ribs. The meat was so hard, burnt, and dried out you cou use the meat hammer in a nail. I told the waitress about it nothing was done to correct the inedible meat. Will not have the ribs again. When the system was running it was loud so it made it difficult to talk to each other. There is a machine in the arcade area that keeps making pig noises which is really annoying. Overall not a good night at Bison Creek.

So I had decided to place an order for pick up through door dash. That all went fine and smooth. I go to pick up the order, wait close to 10 minutes and no one has approached me asking what I needed so I said screw it saw some bags sitting back by the bar, checked the receipt and determined they were mine, grabbed them and left. They managed to make a turkey and Swiss greasy, kids pasta with butter and chicken barely had any butter on it and the chicken was overly seasoned with pepper and dry, the chicken Alfredo didn’t have any chicken so I paid $19 for a plate of stiff pasta with canned sauce on it, flavorless and nasty. The French dip was soggy on the bottom I’m guessing from the condensation, maybe try a different method for to-go orders to avoid this. The meat itself was chewy. The salad that I had to pay extra for tasted like it was either very old or it accidentally froze and then they thawed it out and served it. I will never be eating here again, this was the most disappointing restaurant experience I have ever had.
