This place is an absolute treasure of nostalgia!! The restaurant has a style all it’s own set in an era gone by. The draft mugs for your root beer are simply amazing. The food is always good the curds are always cheesy and the service is first-class. This place is worth the veer off I-70 into Boonville.

Always very enjoyable to visit here! There’s something about getting a frozen mug of fresh root beer, that’s just downright nostalgic! The food is always fresh, & hot! The staff is always friendly, & I love sitting next to the fire! I only got a root beer, & cheese curds during this visit…but, it was all good!

The place is off the highway a couple of miles. Worth the trip compared to Wendy’s if you ask me. It’s an old school building and interior. A blast from the past. Food service was quick. There is a big fireplace burning inside with some cool memorabilia on the walls. The bathrooms could use updating otherwise this is 5 stars. The kids liked their food also. Great staff no complaints.

Love the burgers and fries and the old school vibes. The mini corn dogs are a must have as well as a fountain root beer!

I’ve always loved A&W since I was a kid. Their root beer is the best (my opinion). Food isn’t bad either. The cheese curds are my favorite, and you get your monies worth. Service is typical of any fast food restaurant. Decor is outdated, but it’s probably part of the nostalgia of the place. Definitely be back.

The fries just don’t taste like they used to. If I’m being honest, the food seems more bland now than it has in the past. It doesn’t taste bad, but it just doesn’t have the depth of flavor anymore.

We stopped here on the way to St. Louis. It was well worth the slight detour off the highway. The Papa Burger, onion rings, and strawberry shake were perfect.

You don’t see too many A&W root beer places around anymore. It’s usually a part of long John silver’s , but if you can find it separate it’s definitely worth going to. Also having a nice cold frozen mug with rootbeer in it cant be beat . Definitely brings back nostalgic memories.

I got there right at noon so they was busy but they was prompt and the service was great. No complaints about the service but I ordered chicken slider meal and the buns was soggy wet and nasty. I have been here a few times and this the first time I was disappointed but I mad my order to go and left so once the truck was rolling I opened my meal but I didn’t have time to turn around and go back in or they may have made it right who knows but I will try again another time and post an update

Did they change the pork tenderloin? Got one and it was nothing like the ones I usually get. Small, flimsy thin. At first I thought it was a burger off the kids menu.
