This place is great! We got the Local Mix salad and the Pepper Patch salad. Both were yummy, but I definitely would go back for the Pepper Patch salad. I added steak to it and the steak was delicious! The restaurant was clean and had lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

Food is usually pretty good but atmosphere and staff friendliness have really plummeted. Random boxes are everywhere, open trash cans are sitting out on the floor, and staff always make you feel like an intrusion.

Restaurant sucks i asked for a milkshake and she recommended a strawberry lemonade milkshake. She said it was not bad and also it took about 45 minutes for them to get me my cash back and it was in all Pennys and 1 dollar bills.

I ordered online at this location and literally pushed the order button and saw it was wrong location and called this location to have a rude person after I had explained the situation tell me they were the manager and the couldn’t refund my money for a order I couldn’t get. Said the were already making it . There is no way that was happening!!! I will never order here or will I ever come here and I will make sure everyone knows that a individual owner of this one as the manager put it has separate rules and there would be no cancellation and refund of money!!!!!

This location is not honest and they are thieves. I have ordered from the Nashville locations many times and I love them but I made a mistake and ordered from the Alabama location for pick up and saw my mistake immediately. I called in 1 minute after I had placed my order and even have proof of that and the manager said “this happens all the time” and that they don’t do refunds. So, you’re telling me you have people pay for your food all the time say it was a mistake and you just keep their money? Yeah okay, great way to run a business. They are not affiliated with the other locations and I can’t say enough good things about the Nashville location, as for this one though they are crooks who don’t deserve your money. It was a $38 order and pretty much lost I will be taking action with my bank to get my money back since they have no customer service whatsoever. I gave one star because I cannot give 0. DO NOT COME HERE.
