I don’t know why I keep giving this place my money. Food took almost twice as long as quoted to be delivered. Arrived cold and/or messed up. Would love to be able to just call the store and speak to someone but that would imply they answer the phone. Can’t do anything through the app because they have yet to mark my order as delivered.

We waited for OVER an hour and a half and no pizza. So I called and was asked to come pick it up. This is not an option for me. I was placed on a long hold and advised the pizza delivery person would be back at the restaurant in 10 min and then could come this way. I was also advised that they were gettin ready to call people to tell them they were running behind due to 1 delivery person. Calling immediately after I placed my order would’ve been acceptable and I would’ve gladly gotten a refund. After waiting an hour and half we are just hungry and having to feed the kids from the hotel kiosk instead. No offer for compensation. Manager was fine with me calling corporate. ♀️

We’ve been ordering for years and they always delivered down Rocky Creek road. A few months ago they said they couldn’t deliver here anymore that we would have to meet them. I placed an order a few weeks ago and they delivered right to my door. Now, I placed another order online today 7/10/22 and they called and said they don’t deliver here… again. Said they could meet me 30 SECONDS DOWN THE ROAD FROM MY HOUSE. !?

2 hours in and still no delivery. Quality check was over an hour ago. So obviously the food has been sitting that long. We called and manager was rude on the phone and said they had 1 driver and she could not find them. All they offered was a free soda. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. This place is horrible.

We use to order from this location every Friday. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They never answer the phone so I started using the app. Of course you pay extra for adding more toppings and or cheese, they charge you for it but NEVER give you extra. Food use to be great, but recently poorly cooked and prepped. They need a new boss or crew members.
