Gave this place 2 stars. Place used to be really good and I’d stop in whenever I was around, but lately… Recently half of the time I stop here they don’t have lunch combos ready, they say that they’ll cook one, but I never have the extra 10 minutes to wait for it. Sometimes I can be there at 10:30am when they open and get cheesy bread and it looks old, cheese isn’t as hot as it should be and the crust is hard, even looking at it I think there’s no way this is fresh. I have fed many stray dogs cheesy bread when its like that, but you’d think at opening it should be fresh. I don’t stop here that often anymore due to this.

I ordered and paid for a supreme pizza only to get home and find it was just pepperoni! The Italian cheese bread was completely over cooked and very dry. (I’ve never had any problems before at this location.) Tried calling but They won’t answer phone so guess I’m out on this one!! Dissatisfied customer!

The hot & ready pizzas are not good anymore, even when fresh. The dough cooks up & taste different then when you order a different pizza. And the fact that marinara cost like 2 bucks is ridiculous, the bowl is barely half full.

I can not unfortunately give this restaurant a good rating. We’ve ordered many times from this restaurant and it never fails something is always missing from the order. On two occasions an entire pizza would be conveniently left out of our order. The employees and manager gets an attitude if you call and report the missing item also. They do not like to refund your money and they attempt to make it better on your next order but never follow through with what they say. I strongly advise if you order at this restaurant make sure everything is in your order before you leave the restaurant because this is a reoccurring “accident” that we had to deal with very often.

I’m pretty sure the bacon they put on our pizza was ruined and I’ve had terrible stomach pain ever since I ate it, the employees at this location are very very rude, and they have a little angry man with blonde hair and beard running around looking like he hates his job and all the customers, someone had put so much crushed red pepper in the Marina that it set my mouth on fire, and I had already given it to our babies before I had any, they nor I were expecting hot marinara, you don’t make marinara hot like you do salsa, our poor two and three year old kids meal was completely ruined , trust me, go to any other location besides Oneonta
