paid 21$ for a regular fat shack sandwich fries and a coke. sandwich was mostly fries with stale tasting chicken fingers,o rings, and poppers.. get better food from my sons baseball concession stand.. won’t be back.. terrible food for the price..

Edit 9/27/22- Erin at Fat Shack contacted me and made the experience right. We came back in and Erin and the crew treated me like the other ladies at fat shack. Very pleasant and helpful. Love getting the chicken fingers and fries however when the manager is there he will not give you the freedom of choice for your sauce. He forces you to have honey mustard or charges you $.65 for any additional sauce. Terrible customer service from the manager however all the ladies that work the counter are great. We walked out as we eat here once a week and never have an issue unless this fool is working.

We REALLY wanted this place to be good! The items on the menu looked AMAZING. However, we were sadly let down. We got 2 burgers, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. All of the fried food was undercooked (too light in color, not crispy, and cold). The marinara sauce was basically a paste. The burgers were not terrible! They were made exactly how we ordered them. (I found out that I don’t like the burger sauce… it tastes like Shake Shack sauce and like it has horseradish in it) The staff were friendly. Even though they have a sign inside that says “as featured on The Travel Channel,” I think that was probably a long time ago. When I walked in at 10pm on a Saturday, the place was completely empty and Door Dash listed them as “closed,” but if you go to their website you can still order for carry out. The 2 star rating is because we are so disappointed with our fried foods.

I was so hungry, I forgot to take the first pics, but still able to share a few. This was GOOD! A lot of choices on the menu. Try some now, then come back and try something different…I like that for options. Great job Fat Shack in Acworth!

Food was all good but oddly enough the fries were the best. My daughter got plain chicken fingers and even those were great. I got one of the signature sandwiches and it was ok, I was hoping for great and I will def be back to try a couple other combos. The only not so good part is it was very expensive and I know everything is getting more expensive everyday but 80 bucks for an adult and 2 kids. Was just a bit of a shock. I would do 4.5 stars if I could.

Great Customer Service, very clean restaurant, friendly and passionate staff and the the food…..amazing. Best wings I have had in a long time. This will be a new Sunday Supper spot for us (1/2 off wings). My wife loved her classic hamburger as well.

Husband and I drove past this place almost daily and we were so curious to try it. We really really enjoyed it! The staff were so fun and friendly. They provided us lots of information regarding their store, what people like, etc. Food is great if you’re looking for a good hefty carby meal. We love the Philly, onion rings, and the fried Oreo balls. Definitely try it – and come hungry.
