This is our first time ordering from Ghost Kitchen. We had it delivered. We were interested in the idea of multiple restaurants in one. We ordered The Big Aristotle Chicken sandwich, Barbecue Bacon Tribeca cheeseburger. Passion Strawberry milk bubble tea and Elderflower Zen milk bubble tea. Everything we ordered was really GOOD. We have nothing bad to say about our whole experience. We will definitely try more on the menu.

Food was SO SALTY (and cold.). I kid you not i took one bite of one of my fries and i turned into sid the sloth from ice age when he took a sip of ocean water. I ordered a chicken sandwich w/o fries but they gave me fries anyway and didn’t charge me for it i can only assume they did that because they knew the batch was over salted and needed to get rid of it. Had i known that i wouldn’t have ordered crinkle cut on the side. Not to mention the food that I ordered that wasn’t so salty that it could give an elephant a stroke was bland. I ordered some mac n cheese & a breakfast wrap. The mac n cheese, it was ight, little watery but at least it wasn’t salter than a high school girls lunch table. Now the breakfast wrap, it wasn’t the best but it also happened to be the only warm thing i got by the time it was delivered to me. Now i’m not sure if I should blame uber eats or this restaurant. But i blame both. I could’ve ordered the same thing from Popeyes would’ve costed less, and tasted better.

This is the 2nd time I’ve placed an & have had issues. The 1st I never received my order…still waiting for a refund. This time 3 items were missing from my order. I’m not holding my breath for a refund. Their customer service is non existent. Spend your money elsewhere, because this place is just sad.

Idk it wasn’t that good at all. Ordered a large and a small item and they were the same size but 2 dollars more for one. Frozen lemonade was sour af and smoothie bowls came like liquid. The person up front was super sweet though, manager not so much

Very clever concept. The food was warm and mostly up to expectations. Tomato was on a burger when it had been requested left off and one of our items was not received even though we were charged. Despite the two errors, I’m leaving the four stars as I enjoyed the concept and the quality of the food we did receive. I am going to hope the follies were a one time instance. Should I visit again and experience similar problems I will update my review.

Very disappointing. I ordered the hot dog and it looked really nice in the picture. When the hot dog was served I didn’t even know what the hell was on it I think it was onions. The relish the sauerkraut ketchup and mustard was all in a packet. For $7 are you kidding me. If there was a ghost and probably serve me better.
