This location definitely has heavy traffic but the staff remained very friendly and as always the sandwiches are great. Made fresh and just the way I like them. After the line was cleared you could see the staff cleaning, restocking and preparing for the next rush, this is something you don’t see in a lot of “fast food” places due to bad training. Glad to see great management!!!

Although the food tastes fresh the staff’s attitude kills your visit. They act as if you’re bothering them and they treat your meal with little to no respect. I clearly asked for the dressing on the side but the staff still started to put it on my food. What I asked him to stop, he looked at me as if I’m really bothering him. The others stand around looking lost. Sometimes they seal your dressing container and sometimes not. No consistency except for the bad attitude they have. I’ll go to Subway next door next time.

Use the app and skip the line! I walked in, grabbed my food and was on my way! 1st time going to Jersey Mike’s, and it was up there on my list! I think I would have to eat it at the same time as the other sub places to really rank it, but it was a solid sub. I got the biggest one they make and it took me 3 sittings to finish it. The app made it easy to customize, was easy to navigate and pay, and made the experience great. Go check them out! Then swing by next door and grab a crepe from Le Petit Paris for dessert. Great combination! Good job Jersey Mike team!

Between great tasting food with quick service and mediocre packaging and specific quality ingredients it’s hard to say that I’m dissatisfied with my order and the willingness to order again. The seasoning, portion, and quality of meat is great as well as the customer service I recieved from them, the bread and packaging was soggy. I would recommend this chain in general as a good, fast, and better quality alternative to other fast foods in competition but still say, with experience, that your dollar doesn’t stretch far with what you’re getting.

I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches and consider this to be my favorite “cheat” meal. I usually get it when I am treating myself from a long and deserving day. That being said I hold the sandwich in high regards. I recently moved to League City near my family and have been to the store a handful of times. Every time I come in the staff is very unfriendly and acts like I am inconveniencing them while I order. My other family members have agreed that they have also had experiences like this with this location. It takes maybe 1 minute to make the sandwich I order. Tonight I had to go over three times what I wanted and they still got it wrong. I can deal with unfriendly but when I get home from a long day and get a wrong order to, it really makes me not want to come back to this location. As someone who worked in restaurants for 5 years recently this is below the bare minimum.

As a franchise I love them. This store not so much. Waited for a very long time for my sandwich only to have it made completely opposite of how it was ordered. When I asked for a refund they said no because I didn’t have a receipt. Never left store from time of original order time. The employee’s were very unprofessional when asked to make my sandwich right.

This restaurant uses the same model as many Mexican restaurants – where you see the advertisement of sizzling fajitas and end up with a plate full of green peppers,rice, beans and tortillas and overpriced. Now your sandwich has 3 pounds of bread, 5 pounds of lettuce, and the flavorless meat is so thin that I can almost see through it.

First time there. The three employees that were there were Excellent! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken and it is DELICIOUS!!! I watched the gentleman cook it and it tasted just as good as it looked. I will go back! Maybe even tomorrow. Lol
