If you’re looking for a local but extraordinary breakfast/lunch place… Trilogy is it!! Chef Michael is creative and his meals are delicious!! Salads are fantastic! Soups are wonderful! Great little place! Excellent food! The Garlic mushroom Burger was fantastic, had a very tasty garlic aioli type sauce on it! Lots of gooey cheese too. The loaded potato soup was very good and not too heavy or as some potato soups can be. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in. My waitress was very attentive without being a pest. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying their food, whatever they were eating. I almost never give 5 stars but this place deserved it!
