I have never in my life experienced such a RUDE GROUP OF MEN in my 50+ years. There’s 3 Arabic brothers that work the morning shift that are rude, unprofessional and will actually stand there and argue with the customers about their order. WHO RAISED YOU ??? Horrible Horrible Horrible.

Love this Tim Hortons. Don’t worry about how long the line might be because they zip right through it. Place has THE MOST AMAZING STAFF!!! I am not affiliated, nor do I have any friends that work there. Just all the staff there are the fastest, friendliest ever, any time of day I go. Love Tim Hortons in general, but this one is really great.

The BURNT hash browns are the 1st thing I saw when I opened my bag at home. They smelled burnt…no way this should have been missed by the employee. Employees that work here are so useless they can’t put food in a toaster and heat it up. Not the 1st time this has happened. I gave this Tim Hortons another try because it is close by but never again.

They’ve mixed up cold brew and iced coffee on me so many times, I don’t think they know which is which anymore. I’ve ordered the cold brew and been given the iced coffee instead 3-4 times. I won’t be going back anymore

My coffee is horrible!!!! I ordered a LARGE iced mocha latte. They gave me a MEDIUM. i ask and he gives me an attitude and hands my drink out the window. I made a comment about how i guess every location is different and was told i should go there then. Didnt give me a receipt when i asked for one just walked away. My coffee tatse old and stale no flavor it even has coffee grounds in the bottom!

Shilla or whatever her name was , I think she was the manager, is rude , impolite and terribly disrespectful and aggressive, I don’t understand how such employees still have their positions, i was with my friend grabbing an order and was nicely giving her the order name ..she first ignored us , then gave us a nasty face look , after that we waited with no clue if she got the name we gave her or not after few minutes of pause we wanted to confirm with her that she heard us …she then exploded on us with a yelling scream “ WHAT IS THE NAME”
