Came in an early evening during a Saturday and received the worst service ever. Guy was extremely rude. We had to put tables together for our group because he wouldn’t do it. Asked a few questions and is like he had an issue with answering. Food was all messed up. Asked certain things to not have xyz and still got it on food. Allergies is a big concern but not to them! Salads didn’t even get dressings. I came all the way from Richmond to visit and ended up coming back disappointed. Never again!

This place is amazing! I had the steak fajitas and my husband had the tropical fajitas. My children had the tacos and enchiladas. All of it was delicious!

Loved this place. Small, clean & friendly. The chicken fajitas were great! And we loved the guacamole. We are from Mississippi and travel to Pennsylvania several times monthly and definitely plan to stop again!

We like Mexican food and were delighted to find a 4.6 star Mexican restaurant next to our route. Inside, we were impressed by the decor, with the restaurant name artistically carved into the massive wood tables and benches. We were glad to be able to avoid the one television in the room by sitting in a back corner. We were at the table nearest the rest rooms and although there was a periodic whiff of male body oder, the food came out quickly and was decent. It was not unpleasant, but I wouldn’t go there a second time. We might have enjoyed it more if we hadn’t been expecting a 4.6 star experience. If you go at night, beware that the sign doesn’t light up well, so look closely as you approach.

Stopped for lunch on way to DC. I had chicken fajitas with corn tortillas and my son had the beef fajitas with flour tortillas. Everything tasted very good. We especially liked the salsa served with the chips. Also, lunch prices were very reasonable. If you like Mexican food and are in the area, give El Agave Azul a try!

This is a great place to eat! The food is fresh and authentic. The portions amre good sized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have Celiac Disease and cannot eat Gluten and haveno problems here. They make sure to corn base my food. The chicken and shrimp in the dishes are outstanding. The margaritas are excellent. If you like Mexican food you can’t go wrong here.

This was our first visit to El Agave Azul, and let me tell you, it WON’T be our last! The staff were very friendly, the establishment was clean, and the food was excellent! Portions were big and at a VERY reasonable price. I had the enchaladas poblanos with dark mole sauce and it was spot on. We also had the pollo de verde and it was seasoned beautifully. Their white queso was perfect, their salsa was medium-hot (yum) and we had some green tomatillo sauce to try and it was awesome. A+ for our first experience!

We are new to the area and tried this as a carryout option. My husband commented on how nice the atmosphere was when he picked it up. The ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully packed. The food was delicious and we’ll be regular customers!
