There were no customers and the restaurant was nasty. The help was friendly and gave us coupons but don’t think I’ll be back. If I had employees that were sitting down doing nothing and not cleaning up the mess they wouldn’t be working for me. We waited for the chicken to come out and it was fresh but the mashed potatoes and biscuits were cold.

I ordered 8 piece family meal with two sides and came home to eat. I found the side was wrong and crispy chicken was not crispy. I called to manager telling the details and told me come back to get another one or refund. I went there to hear crispy one as always like this. It was not crispy at all. The manager and front girl were not kind at all and friendly. I will not come back never. Terrible experience!!!

No one and I mean no one was in the lobby but every table was dirty. The drink station was dirty and the floors were disgusting. To the point that your soles stuck to the floor in places. We got chicken strips and they didn’t ask if we wanted sauce which is usually a given when you get chicken strips or nuggets. We jad to ask for some. Then we sit down and realize they got my son’s order wrong so we had to ask them to fix that too. The food was not even hot and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Not impressed at all.

Idk how this place is still open. It’s like a bunch of zombies work here. I came at 3pm had to wait an hour on food for 4 people and there were *maybe* 3 other customers the whole time. The restaurant was so incredibly nasty my shoes stuck to the floor and I was more scared to eat the food here than most street vendors I’ve been to.

Got a family bucket meal and a meal for hubby by itself. When we got home the fried chicken in the bucket was soggy and lukewarm (it was 7pm) We heated it in microwave to warm it up but now we are all having stomach problems and my child been getting sick ever sense we ate from here . I will never come here again. I’d suggest to temp the food before serving it bc it’s making people sick , or toss chicken that’s been sitting before serving. Cook a little less at a time maybe . I would’ve gladly waited for fresh hot chicken rather than eat something that’s been sitting a bit waiting to be sold .. Half a hundred dollars for us all to get sick Should I have called ahead of time for ask for my family meal to be cooked fresh? Pls inform me for future reference if I want to give it another try in the future..
