This restaurant is a hidden gem in Athens. We had no idea this place also served Korean food because of the name ‘Wingster’ but they have an excellent Korean menu. We tried the kimchi pork bulgogi, the Hawaiian musubi kimbob and the spicy duk-bok-ki. Everything tasted really fresh and flavourful including the cucumber and sprouts salad that came with the bulgogi. But the best thing was the Hawaiian musubi kimbob – so simple yet so delicious and only $4.99 for a whole box!! Definitely going to be a regular for us.

Open late and has some very solid chicken wings. Their menu is a unique one in the sense that you can get both traditional wings and a lot of korean chicken and non-chicken dishes. Their lemon pepper rub was on par with any other lemon pepper wings i have eaten. Workers were friendly, prices were reasonable, and parking was easily available.

The food is always great. Tonight seemed to be a bad night for them as my food took 40 minutes to make. Don’t know if this is a recurring trend for them, it’s the first time I’ve experienced it, but let’s hope they can resolve whatever staffing issues they are facing because this is honestly one of Athens’ hidden gems!
