I am not happy with my pizza. The crust is black in spots and hard all the way around. I wouldn’t have sent it out looking like this. Normally I don’t have a problem with your pizza but this was bad. I couldn’t leave work again to take it back. Lunch was awful.

Was told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes so I arrived to pick 2 pizzas in 20 minutes. Pizza was boxed and sitting at the register. Noticed the boxes weren’t hot, actually just slightly warm. When I got home and opened the boxes the pizza did not look fresh a. Was eaten the pizza did not taste like fresh pizza. Was only slightly warm. Not happy at all.
