I only got 3 Hard Shell Tacos. I hadn’t eaten yet. My Taco were so good! They lettuce was fresh. The Halloween Decoration’s were so nice too. I enjoyed eating my Taco’s a very clean place. To all the staff keep doing a excellent job!

In the 60s Taco John’s had these great enchiladas. The grandkids that inherited it from the original owner changed everything. It looks like something you’d see at an airport cafeteria was very mediocre food. It was a great probably the best fast food I’ve ever had and it’s like the worst below Taco Bell it’s a shame everybody misses those enchiladas and the place was a brick building really quaint. Now it looks like a grade school cafeteria. I give it I wouldn’t even give it one star

Even on Taco Tuesdays were the taco’s are a dollar, they are terrible. Now the service was fast and friendly but the food was not worth it. Each taco was about 60% lettuce and the so called meat had no texture, I thought I was eating a bean taco. Needles to say I will never eat there again even it it was 25 cent tacos.

This is the second time, and last time I’ll ever return to this location. The customer service by the woman who works the window in the evening is absolutely ATROCIOUS!! Rude demeanor. Talks down at you. Can’t hand your change back correctly because she’s too busy on her phone. Tossed the bag of food into my hands. Perhaps the staff during the day is different, but at night. Horrible. Potato’s were so greasy and salty you might need a defibrillator if you eat them. Ordered a spicy steak griller. I’m not sure what I received. But it sure as hell wasn’t that…. Whoever owns or manages this location really should evaluate the food quality and the employees who provide it…..

This taco John’s is in a good location right off of saddle Creek Road and close to the university Medcenter and a number of other small businesses. In the many times that I have been to this location I have never yet had a bad experience. The employees are pleasant and the place is always clean and well cared for. I would give it five stars if it had a larger and perhaps more private eating area but otherwise the place is excellent.

We walked in to the restaurant to eat and the lady at the counter asked as if it was an inconvenience for us to walk in in the first place. Then she asked are you ready very rudely. My son went to order and she gave him the rudest reaction possible this is not good customer service. If you don’t want people to walk through the door then lock it!! I get that food service can be stressful but we didn’t deserve customer service like this at all. Body language told it all the minute we walked through the door and they all looked like they haven’t washed their uniform in months. Definitely won’t ever walk in this location ever again.
