Absolutely worst chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten. Taste like chicken tenders from a gas station. I’ll never eat hear again under and circumstances. KFC in general is trash. I think I’m done with all of them to be honest. Save you money and time and don’t eat here. I threw have my food away.

UPDATE: Well, I didn’t stay away nearly as long as I said I would. Partially because they sent me a voucher after I lodged a complaint with CS. I’ve been several times over the last couple of months and I must say, everything has improved dramatically! I have upgraded from one to three stars, remembering the bad experiences. If the bad experiences get further into the past, I will return and upgrade again. If the last two months were my only experiences I would give 5 stars. I’m happy to say I would once again recommend the local KFC.

Food was cold and after we walked out they locked the doors so we had to wait thru drive thru to tell them to replace our cold food with hot food and the girl at the window acted like we was just being mean. Her name was Jennifer and was rude as can be to us. I think I’ll just go somewhere else next time. U guys need better help and to never be rude like that girl was to us. Sorry because I really like kfc but not the one in shepherdsville

Was told I couldn’t come there to eat or anything and had no business being there at all. By jennifer and she was rude and yelled the whole time. I just came to get something to eat. Don’t know why she was so mean about me being there but i won’t be back.They also lock the doors early and they stand out back smoking and don’t take orders fast at all. Jennifer where’s rings on her hands making food and it’s nasty and not healthy at all. I love the food there but will not return ever.

If you can’t fit in the drive thru, may as well not go. They REFUSE to take your order inside regardless of any circumstances. Have a trailer so I walked in and the lady said drive thru only. I told her I have a trailer and she looked at me and said “too bad then I guess, I don’t care” I absolutely refuse to go back to this location ever again

The food was ok but the pot pie was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. TASTE WISE GOOD BUT IT HAD HARDLY NO STUFFING. I LOOKED AS IF MABYE A HALF CUP WAS PLACED IN THE PAN WITH A LOT OF CRUST. I ordered the box and only got the potpie no cookie. I was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I know this location is notorious for low health department ratings but I decided to give it one more go recently to try a new menu item. I bite into the item and look at the chicken and it’s literally pink and uncooked, huge turn off. Won’t be eating at this location.

I order 2 number 8’s all white meat and a cake, the sides were coleslaw, fries, Mac and cheese and corn, I received 2 corns, no Mac and cheese, Coleslaw was soupy, chicken very dry, time to stop going to these places I was the only person in there and they can never get the order right.
