Went here to simply pick up a preordered pizza, was basically ignored while they catered to a woman whom they messed up her order. She was on break and only had 6 minutes and the food would be another 7 minutes. So a manager comes forward stating she has some food in the back the customer can have. The customer agrees and is allowed back into the kitchen with no proper kitchen protocol. I then wait several more minutes until i stand at the counter for someone to finally bare witness to me like i had been invisible the whole time. I will personally drive further to another location just to avoid this one.

Send help. They must not of had enough pizza making trained staff on hand. There was one girl I think “Jada” who worked the front and had to go to the back to help… They were so backed up- I ordered two pizzas and it took over an hour to finally get them. They were nice and apologized, but they just need more help.

This place is a complete joke! The cashier must’ve had a recent eye surgery because he wore sunglasses the whole time. In the back all you could hear was the staff being loud and using profanity. There was a line when I walked in. Each customer had to wait at least ten minutes. For walk-in customers that makes complete sense. When you order online, the purpose is to minimize your wait time for the order. At least the front end of the store was organized. Still there really was nothing in this experience deserving of even one star, but google won’t let you rate any less.

Decided to eat Pizza Hut for the first time after 6-7 years. Boy did I regret it! I got that New Yorker style pizza and was definitely not impressed with it. First thing I found out was door dash now delivers for them not their employees, the dasher pretty much told me they made a partnership and plus they don’t have any workers that want to deliver, that’s really sad. Even the delivery was a joke, I got a text from Pizza Hut telling me my food was pick up and it took the guy over 20 minutes to deliver and I don’t even live 10 minutes away. The pizza was pathetic it said extra pepperoni and barely had any on it. It’s was warm and super dry like someone left it in a car on a hot sunny day. The taste was disgusting not as bad as dominoes but almost there. I don’t know if it’s the cheese or crust or marinara but it just wasn’t right . I understand it’s fast food but I’ve had extremely way better pizza from 7/11 and it’s cheaper. The 2 liter I got wasn’t even cold either but thankfully I had ice. Last time I eat at a Pizza Hut, I can make a way better pizza with tombstone in the frozen section.

Terrible service, I waited for more than 30 minutes when my pizza was supposed to be ready in 15. When I asked how much longer it would take the cashier said it was going to be out in a few minutes. I saw everyone leave with their order and mine was still not ready. After asking for the 3rd time what was the status on my order the cashier had said the cooks still have not made it. This is rediculous. After waiting for more that 30 minutes and being told that it would only be “a few minutes” to find out my order was skiped and hasn’t even been made.

Today I ordered online once I got email I noticed that not all rings I ordered where on receipt. I called location 2 times to all pizza for kids. On second call I got someone who I told what happened and placed me on hold. I have been on hold for 15 minutes with no one picking up!! I had to order there pizza through another vendor since pizza hit kept giving error or that I had to order more food. this will be the last time I order from PIZZA HUT! Besides very expensive now the customer service failed as well WOW great job!

Made a delivery order 8pm Friday evening and it was delivered within an hour. Order was correct, hot and delicious. Best pizza we’ve had in a while. We’re from lm Shawnee okla and I think we’d drive back down for dinner again. Lol thanks Pizza Hut

I was not informed there were no traditional wings and received “bone out” wings. (Chicken Chunks) I was quickly informed there’s no refund but these chicken chunks are inedible and extremely dry. I would love an IOU on a proper pack of wings
