The best pizza restaurant in Cedar Hill! We’ve lived in this city for over a year and just discovered we have a Mr. Jim’s! We ordered 2 pizzas tonight and they were so yummy. You can tell the dough is fresh and our pizza was hot also the customer service was great. Totally recommend!

Let me tell you what JOSE (that’s his real name) did! I ordered a BEEF pizza but when I came to pick up it was pepperoni… I kindly told him I order Beef, he told me that I said pepperoni, I told him that I don’t eat pepperoni so there’s no possible way I would’ve said that. He argued with me insisting that I did say pepperoni but then agreed to remake the pizza. I waited about 10 mins and went back in to grab the correct pizza. It looked a bit weird as if cheese was just thrown on top but I didn’t think they would have the nerve to pick every single pepperoni off and put beef on it instead of remaking but noticed that’s EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID when I was eating it and found pepperoni throughout! I’m soooo disgusted, not by the pepperoni but more so the audacity of them to I’ve through a pizza and throw something together instead of just remaking it! That’s nasty, who knows what else they’re doing with their bare hands.

Worst service ever! The first time I ordered here, the guy there kept saying he didn’t see my order. He finally found it and told my husband it would be ten minutes. When my husband got back, the guy said he couldn’t find it AGAIN . When we finally got it, my food was cold and burnt. Anyway, I know the one in Duncanville is good so I decided to try again. This time it was delivery. Waited almost an hour and a half and they delivered the wrong order. When I called, they told me they would have the delivery person to come back and give me the right order. Some time goes by and I hear nothing so I call back. They tell me they are remaking it (cool but why not call back to let me know?). Anyway, I finally get my food over 2 hours after I ordered. I call back to speak to a manager and they tell me he’ll call me back. That was yesterday. Still haven’t heard from anyone and I’ve called twice already today. Either drive to Duncanville or Midlothian but DO NOT go to this location.

I’m not sure what has happened but that was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It tasted like it was Two days old. The toppings were very sparse I really think that’s why it tasted so bad. Actually, the last pizza I ordered was not good as well however I thought maybe they were having a bad day. Now I’m pretty sure there is a bigger problem. I will not be ordering again.

I placed a mobile order for delivery and was told delivery would take 35 min. Over an hour later I called the store and was told the delivery guy had just left. No one asked my name or what my order was… After 15 mins went by, I called the store back and was told the delivery guy had taken 4 orders and mine was to be delivered last….NICE! After another 20 mins, he finally showed up. Needles to say, pizza was no longer hot and the order was not correct. I called the store back (my 3rd call) and was told there wasn’t a manager on duty and that I could call back tomorrow but they didn’t know when a manager would be in. Very poor customer service and pizza quality. Of course, with no manager to oversee the store, I understand why. Definitely won’t order again from this store!
