We got seated fairly quickly. The waitress we had was nice but she was overwhelmed. They definitely need more staff. We’ve been waiting for at least 30 or 40 min and still no food. We’re about to walk out. No offense to the waitress but wow.

We hadn’t been here in over 5 years and decided to give it another go. They only had one waitress on duty way way way under staffed for a Sunday and as busy as it was, but the girl done an outstanding job taking care of all the guest. The food was amazing and definitely redeemed itself. We had the burger and the pretzel bites and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Great job on winning us back despite your labor shortage.

Avoid this location as much as possible. I love Bdubs and everything on the menu. I had ordered 3 sauces on 10 wings. I had been told by the manager Deb at this location that it was too much for the kitchen to handle during the hours I went at 9:30pm to 10pm. When I confronted her she told me it was a corporate policy to only allow 2 sauces on 10 wings. I know it’s petty to complain about but it’s more petty managing a well known restaurant with at least $3000 of TV about another sauce. She blamed everything on the corporation and stormed off on me. No accountability whatsoever. My waitress Kia was amazing and so was the food. Management is the biggest problem in my opinion for this location.

Absolutely ridiculous! I don’t leave reviews often but good grief!!!! Not a single person in the restaurant greeted us and we stood there for 20 mins!!!! 20 mins!!!! Not a single hi we’ll be right with you, there’s going to be a wait! NOTHING!! There were PLENTY of open tables! We just walked out! That’s ridiculous! I’d understand if you were busy and understaffed, however there were 4 or 5 waitresses and it wasn’t even that busy! Not one of them would even make eye contact with you! Do better for the love of Pete!

They were not that busy waited 25 minutes to get seated. After getting seated our waitress told us it would be at least an hour for us to get food. We left. Have never eaten at Buffalo wild wings and that was not the best experience
