Great, flavorful food. Vegetable tempura had a nice light batter. Pork soup dumplings were a bit to chewy for my taste. Boyfriend loved the curry. I do wish the chairs were wider.

If you’re a fan of ramen, then Cube Ramen is a must-visit spot! I recently tried their black garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed their dumplings which were a great complement to the ramen. To top it all off, the roasted green tea was a great way to cleanse the palate after the meal. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Cube Ramen and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ok so I want to first service was incredible, prices weren’t bad either. I really liked my garlic ramen and soup dumplings, my wife did not like her curry katsu, and we were divided on the veggie tempura. over all it was an ok experience but not really something to write home about. Also it was super crowded and loud. That turns me off a little. I’d give it a slightly above average score say 7 outta 10

Best ramen in Olympia. Also have tried the tempura iron, takoyaki, and chicken curry katsu don and all of them have been great. I am crazy about the chili oil here, and they sell it to go as well. Great quick service, and nice clean chill atmosphere. Consistently too. On top of all that their prices are very reasonable.

Ordered nebayaki udon, curry katsu don, black garlic ramen, Xiao long bao, and grilled tofu. Came down here for an event and found this place. Good job at maximizing the potential of each dish. I’m not a big fan of udon in general but it was decent here. The katsu don came noncurry version and the rice is the star of that dish. Black garlic ramen was fantastic and makes sense it’s their signature dish. Soup dumplings were good too and my kids liked the tofu.

Been here twice now, and have enjoyed both experiences quite well! The food, from the scallion pancakes to tonkotsu black garlic ramen was amazing! The pancakes were light and beautifully crispy. The black garlic was prominent as well as the Tonkotsu pork broth. Overall good experiences. My biggest gripes if any, would be ambience and decor or lack of.
