I always go towards the end of the day or there’s usually only two hours of business left but that is 2 hours they should be serving choices and they do not when they run out of chicken whether it be extra crispy original recipe etc they will not remake it if there is less than 2 hours of business left it’s happening to me three times where there was about an hour and 45 minutes to go and they would not make it I’m about done eating here

Just went through the drive-thru. Had to back up, they forgot the sauce. I said,” did you get the ketsup?” ,” It’s in the bag”. No, it wasn’t. You also forgot the 6 biscuits. You also forgot the cutlery! You guys are absolutely brain dead. Now what, drive 2 miles back? You can’t make it right. I ordered a 16 piece meal, mashed potato gravy Mac and cheese green beans and 7 sauce and biscuits, they gave me NO sauce, drink’s were extra with the meal and after standing there for almost 5 minutes the cashier was trying to take the guys order behind me instead of mine, could have been a better experience

This location is usually great, friendly and fast but tonight our biscuits were doughy, Pepsi must’ve been out of syrup, tasted just like carbonated water. Texture of chicken was off and the fries were old. Having the employee running the window this evening wasn’t a great fit for that position either.
