Bought pizza two nights ago…the service was excellent. I was told 10 minutes so I waited in my car and at exactly 10 minutes the gentleman who took my order knocked on my door and handed me a hot pizza! Got home and it was delicious. It hit the spot.

86 minutes to deliver a barely luke warm pizza. Email said 31-46 minutes. My pizza was checked 30 minutes after order. It took almost 60 more minutes for delivery. It didn’t leave the store for 30 minutes after it was checked. I had to call. Was told the store delivery time is 40 something to 60 something minutes. So my pizza took nearly 30 more minutes than the max. Was offered a discount on my next order. Ummm. Thanks but no thanks. I’m not ordering again. Told them I didn’t want it. Even a discounted barely warm dominos pizza isn’t worth what I’d pay for it. Note how dried up the sausage and pepperoni is by the time it was delivered.

We order from here often since it is my son’s favorite pizza. The last time we had our order accidentally given to the wrong person. The staff went out of their way to fix it. Not only did I get fresh food right away, but they comped the entire order and gave me 2 extra pies. Probably the best Domino’s Pizza I have ever ordered from.
