I don’t know the worker’s name but I do know she has a twin that also works there and they are both awesome people… I went to pay for my daughter’s and my meal with a $50 bill. She informed me that McDonald’s no longer accepted $50 bills. She must have sensed my panic, because she said to me “can I pay for your meal?” I told her “no, you don’t have to do that.” She said “just let me do this. I don’t want her, meaning my daughter, to go without food.” She proceeded to swipe her own card to pay for our food. I told her I’d be back to pay her. She told me to just pay it forward. I stopped in today to try and pay her but it was her twin at the counter. Her twin is equally as kind as her. They will not accept my money. I will make sure to pay it forward.

Not sure if it’s because they have a disability or because some of the higher up ate related to them. whatever the case it’s been seen by many other customers as well! McDonald’s in Waverly Iowa has done some updating and it is fabulous! I have two happy little girls. The play place is completely new and full of lots of fun for all the little ones. They’ve also added big tablet / screens that they can play games/puzzles on together. We have missed the play place so much and are so happy that it’s open again!
