Today’s staff is absolutely fantastic and appear to enjoy working together. The food was delicious; the seating area clean and the service was above and beyond (for example, the cashier took a precious minute to help me get my app working). Keep this crew together and we’ll be back often!

I have to correct my earlier comment. Went to this location yesterday on my way back home to give the management piece of my mind. When got there San one of the employee (who was also there the day when picked my order/had a good conversation) who recognized me n greeted me. I showed him the picture about stuff for yesterday. Although none of this was his fault but he immediately apologized for the messed up ordered n offered me a replacement order which he said will prepare himself to make sure all the fillings I want are in there. This was really nice of him to go beyond his normal duties for which I strong think n urge the management to recognize Sam for an excellent customer service n getting me to rewrite my negative comments, The way he treated me with respect n compassion, Sam needs to be acknowledged.

I bought guacamole with my order. When I got home I opened it and it was dark brown on top. I scooped it all out, and it was so old and gross. It was dark brown and started turning black. How did they not realize it?! Wish I would’ve taken a picture of it.

they NEVER have vinaigrette. or they either dont have steak or guac. Always missing something when we go. Very disappointing. They dont even tell us customers what they dont have before we order so we know.

They don’t know what extra cheese means… Order online with their App or use Uber eats and every time you order extra anything, it’s not extra! Don’t pay for It and use a different location if it is not to inconvenient to do so!

Im giving a review on service because i didnt even get to eat the food. They were out of garlic steak and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. So we waited. During our wait, we watched them run out of white rice..then pico de gallo. When checked, they had no more pico in the back. At this time we had been waiting 15 minutes. So we inquired about how much longer. They told us ANOTHER 10 to 15 minutes, as we watched them run low on other ingredients. We decided to leave. This was very poor planning by whoever preps ingredients and poor customer service keeping us waiting for so long.
