Order food for my family through door dash and I most say for $40 worth of food I was disappointed. My kids meal was suppose to be 2 drum sticks the sent a leg attach to a thigh for both, my kids mash potatoes had no gravy. The corn muffin looked even more horrible. Then my food was suppose to be a 1/2 chicken dark with parm Tuscan and they sent 1/2 white with no sauce. The sweet potatoes where pure liquid like baby food…. Just terrible and a waste of my money!

If I could give them zero stars, I would I will never be back here again first of every single thing I tasted was bland and tasted like it was old secondly, they didn’t have the country fried steak. The girl tried to act like she didn’t know what I was talking about then she finally said well they were out of it and I said well why didn’t you contact me for a substitution instead they just repaired whatever they wanted when I told her that’s not what I was interested in. What do you want me to do? I said I would prefer credit for that meal not for the whole meal, but forgot specific meal they then proceeded to hang up on me. I kept calling back and I finally got somebody when I asked for the supervisor they gave me a fake number and hung up again absolutely trashy stuff. I will never be back here.

Update Feb. 19, 2022: Got a 1/2 chicken meal that comes with 2 sides, cornbread & a drink. The food was good but of course salt & pepper was needed. I didn’t mind that, but am wondering exactly what seasonings ARE used because otherwise the food is bland.

Very disappointed in Boston market. I never received my food because they didn’t have what I ordered but took my money for it. Then I call and they tell me that it will be put back on my card and days later it is still not there. They definitely need new employees. I will never go back there again.

This location, and the one in University Hts which is now closed, has completely fallen off. From serving nasty looking food in Styrofoam containers they bought at Dave’s (IDK IJS) to closing at random hours is not a good representation of the Boston Market brand.

1 star is really a Negative!!! Disappointed in Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which was NOT completely cooked. So disgusting!! Told me the have to cook them and it will be a 20 minutes. I said no problem, I’ll wait but surprised my order was done in 10 minutes. Should have known!! Staff at counter work in chaos. No quality control. I will never go to this location again.
