Absolutely the worst kfc I have ever been to. Have to beg and plead to get your order right. Have to repeat and repeat and repeat a simple order. Workers are absolutely rude. Ask for some paper plates and silverware and they just simply tell you no about the paper plates but will give you some silverware. Where in the hell do you have to beg for plates and silverware to eat with. I asked the people at the window if people just eat off their cabinets and counters inside there since couldn’t get any plates. They replied with they can’t give out any paper plates because it would mess up their inventory. They don’t have to worry about ever gaining another dime from us. We will do our best to run this place into the ground and hopefully force them out. Terrible place. Terrible food. Terrible everything.

Horrible experience! Was asked to wait 20 minutes for Original Chicken. We waited an hour to get food. After the first 20 minutes a young lady came to our car and asked what did we order. We gave her the receipt. When she came out with the food, we had to ask her for our 5 beverages. The order was not correct as one item was missing when we arrived home. Total time waiting was over an hour. This is totally unacceptable.

I had ordered online, my order said 6:28pm it would be ready, it wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up, they told me 15 to 20 min. I went home and waited 30 more min and when I went back i still had to wait 20 more min. Ridiculous!!

The food was great but I want to speak of the customer service the young lady that took the order to the service at the pick up window was exceptional the courtesy along with her personality was quite memorable. I would whole hearted recommend this KFC if not for the service along.

4 pm. Parked semi at closed up Hardee’s. Walked to KFC. Inside lobby several employees sitting in booth. Told to leave. Lobby closed. Explained I’m in a semi. Rudely told drive though only! Did you forget? YOUR FOOD IS DELIVER BY A TRUCK DRIVER IN A SEMI. Will never stop here again!!!

The online ordering is complete trash. I have had multiple friends order online through the kfc in Grenada, Mississippi and had their orders canceled immediately after ordering and then won’t give a refund. It’s not a coincidence if it is happening this much. Plus, kfc isn’t as good as Zaxby’s anyways. I’ll never eat kfc anymore. End of story.

I visit KFC about twice a month. I thought it was me but I have to try in help the employees when I go inside. My drum was broke up n they gave my friend crispy instill of original. The Tea said sweet but it was bitter n strong. Mgr. was really nice. Didn’t put cookie on plate. I agree in hiring our young people but please train n teach.

They were very rude, when we order they had no intention to prepare it. We had to wait a long time to get it and above my mother had to go in and demand our order, just when they locked it when they saw us; and it wasn’t even time for them to lock up. They didn’t want to fix it and just wanted to keep our money. I’m not going back to KFC anymore cause of selfish people that works there. I am going to give a thumbs down and the lowest of them all. If had I had the number to the main person I would. Have them all fired from their jobs and reported what happened. And when we did order the girl did not give us a receipt or if we asked if we wanted one. They claim they had nothing fried chicken on the menu just regular or crispy they had little of a choice and we were very disappointed badly. When my mom went inside they had everything put away. That’s disrespectful. And this is in Houston, Ms, and some nights they skimp on the food you pay for. Some restaurants had better than service and good people who treats customers with a smile and respect.
