Kfc in my area always seems to be part of a gas station, hence the 3 star rating for atmosphere. I had a great experience. The food was freshly made, and for my wait I received a complimentary beverage, since they had to make a fresh batch for my order. Friendly staff, and the chicken was awesome as it should be.

So the guy behind the counter was quite good. He was clearly new but was doing his best! After placing my order I asked for a just a little extra mayo on the sandwich. The gentleman at the counter was asking the lady in the back but she already had the sandwiches made. I told them don’t worry it’s ok. He asked her for a sidecup of may because they done carry packets. The lady in the back advised I would have to pay extra?! For mayo?

I live 2 minutes from KFC and this is my order this is supposed To be the original chicken that has been sitting forever because it is just so soggy with grease. The macaroni and cheese I don’t even know what is wrong with it or why it looks like that. The are not the original seasoned fries and they were old and soggy. All of the food was cold. The only thing good was the coleslaw. What a waist of money and time. $50.00 down the drain.

I called in an order for a 12 piece original meal at 8:40 pm and picked up at 9. When I called the order in I was told they were running low on biscuit (NOT OUT)so they asked if they could give me extra cookies I said fine. However they gave me 2 cookies in place of 6 biscuits and we only got 10 pieces of chicken which was mixed with extra crunchy. It was basically what they had leftover. If you can fulfill an order say you can’t fulfill the order. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Oh and we were still charged full price

I don’t often give reviews, especially when there’s a problem. However, the crew at KFC in Canton was great. I got home and part of my order was missing. They made it right and went above and beyond when doing so. They were friendly, professional, and took ownership of the problem. Very pleased with the overall outcome.

Lady was rude in the drive through when I asked if I could pick up my online order when she could have just nicely said it wasn’t allowed, then she wouldn’t let me place an order in the drive through and said I had to come in if I wanted to make an order just because she was mad about me asking if I could pick up my pickup order? Waste of time, food wasn’t even good and was cold. Won’t be back, would rather just make the drive to potsdam then deal with the rude staff at Canton.

The new kfc in canton at mountain mart is trash , a 3 piece tender with no meal was 12$ , 4$ a tender insane , Potsdam kfc a 3 piece is 4$ crazy how one establishment can charge 4x as much , wow went again today got the number 7 combo box tried to switch out coleslaw for mashed and gravy they try to to charge .99 cents for switching the sides what even NO KFC ON EARTH DOES THIS LMAOOO THANK GOD MCDONALDS IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR QUICKEST 30-40$ they least that day guaranteed lol
