Food was wrong and there is no way you can actually contact the store personally on the phone. They lady who has taken the order working from home had no understanding of the process and couldn’t even contact a manager. Worse experience ever because we couldn’t leave work. Wouldn’t order from them again. Ranch dressing on the chicken and evidently they couldn’t read because the toppings is on one side and should of been half and half smdh.

Have ordered here 2 weeks in a row. Very busy location. Only one worker both times I went to get my carryout, she was very friendly and food was great. She was making a lot of food, answering phones and getting delivery food ready for drivers. Great employee, sorry forgot her name but outstanding service.

No communication skills what so ever. Ordered a pizza at 6:21 pm. Said it would be a 30 minute wait. Got the pizza 1.5 hours later. And it wasn’t event he right pizza. Called and spoke to the manager who said they’d remake it. Waited a further 2 hours and still no pizza. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

their delivery driver in the white prius with the missing bumper needs his licenses revoked. beware if you’re ever near this dominos bc he will cut you off and hard brake in front of you just to turn into their parking lot. explains why his bumper is missing LOL

I ordered a pizza and it came to the wrong address when I tried to order again it got canceled and when I tried to ask where it was they said they tried contacting me but I got no calls. Then when I was calling they hung up after 10 minutes waiting I finally got a call now I have to wait 45 minutes!

Update 7/9/2023: This Dominos has gotten significantly better in the last year or so. Prior you would never get them delivered or they would not be ready when you’d go to get it. Every time I’ve ordered in the last few months, it has arrived on time and hot.

I’m absolutely done with this location and the company in general. I attempted an order several months ago which the Domino’s app accepted and after waiting, saw the order was canceled without any contact. Tonight we tried again, waited 90min before calling to check on the status of the order, which while I was on the call, the tracker updated to “in the oven” and then out of the oven “in quality check”. I was told the order is hot and ready and it will be delivered soon. After 2.5hr from my order, I called back and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I will never order here again.

The last 3 times I’ve tried to order from here, I show up at the time my pizza is said will be done. I mark I’m there. I try to call, no answer and I’m on hold for 30+ minutes while it continues to say “x started prepping your order 30+ minutes ago”. And everytime when I finally get through to someone, they tell me it hasn’t been started and will be another 30 minutes and they always offer to cancel the order in a way that sounds like they want me to cancel to make it easier on them. The time before last the manager insulted me after I told them it was frustrating that there was 0 communication about how long it would take. I’d take the sketchiest taco bell over this dominoes any day of the week at this point. 0/10

I don’t like leaving terrible reviews but this one is warranted. We ordered 1 medium pizza for delivery around 9PM. The app said it would be about an hour wait. After 90 minutes, we still heard nothing, but the app said the pizza was being prepared. 30 minutes later, still nothing. We called at the 2 hour point to cancel the order. The guy on the phone, was nice, however gave little explanation on the delay. We understand there’s a pandemic which comes with a blanket excuse for bad service… still, a little notice with a quick call or text saying the order was delayed would have been helpful.
