Ok… hmmm where do I start?! Everything was wrong, EVERYTHING! The fact I drove an hour just to come here was my biggest upset, the food was subpar at best and I was kinda disgusted after lifting the spoon and the barcode was still on it and someone had tried to scrape it off. The eggs were completely hard boiled, the noodles were wrong in the soup… those were lo mein noodles and not ramen! Trust me I eat enough ramen and my egg rolls were filled with grease that they were literally dripping. My wings were soft! Idk how fried wings are soft? still confused about that and when I paid they tried to say my transaction didn’t go through when it was just their machine. The young guy at the register bless his heart was in a complete sweaty melt down and the young women were just standing around. He called the manager and the manager told him to void my ticket, zero it out and he said I wouldn’t be charged. Well I was charged the full $32 for ramen… I say all this to say I give it a 2/10… it was very bland and everything was just off. I wouldn’t go back to this location at all. There were no adults on duty and a bunch of kids just winging it…. I hate I had this experience because it changed all 3 of our minds about trying them again! I’m dissatisfied and disappointed!

My wife and I both got the spicy chicken ramen and it was actually spicy. I wish it didn’t come with the red carrot looking thing though, not sure what is it call, but that was disgusting otherwise the ramen was good. Their bobas was ok. My wife didn’t like her thai milk tea and she said it tasted just like water so it didn’t have a lot of flavor.

I was greeted when I came in. I’m giving this restaurant a low score because it was wrong and greasy. I ordered wings and I got grilled chicken meal with rice I never even chose. They got the spring roll right but it was super greasy. I had high expectations for the wings but never received them. 🙁 so I can’t rate those. When people order food you don’t know what plans they have or the reason for the order. I already had rice and broccoli at the house so I just wanted wings. On top of all that, this was my stop before work.

I really wanted to like this restaurant but after paying $55 for a family of 5… I’m disappointed to receive not soy sauce packets, but a brown fake soy sauce packet full of water, salt, veggie protein, corn syrup and caramel color. Read your labels people! For a “high quality” restaurant – don’t cheap out! It aggravates me and we probably won’t be returning and will just make our Asian food at home. I’m posting this in hopes that they change this product for their customers and we will return. The cashier lady seemed impatient with me and didn’t smile when she took my order which made me feel super uncomfortable.

Honestly I’m disappointed. I came in a few hours ago and the service was terrible. Instead of being greeted or welcomed in, the employees stood together and talked. When ordering, it was a simple transaction and not a single word was said. I still tipped almost $8 although I wasn’t happy. The server who brought our food to us just slid the bowls across the table in a rude manner. The food is mediocre as well. Overcooked eggs, overcooked chicken, absurd portions, etc. The atmosphere and customer service is just awful.

I went in to get the Thai Basil rice. I asked for extra Cucumbers and add cabbage. While there I looked at my food before leaving and I noticed a large amount of carrots and no Cucumbers. I asked the girls there and they said we didn’t know they was out of Cucumbers so I asked for an extra ingredient (cabbage) and she gives me uncooked cabbage in a container. On my way home I thought about it and figured this is not right so I called back and I got L***. I told her I felt like I didn’t get what i ordered and the cook has a responsibility to let you know that they ran out of a main ingredient not pass off the dish as something different. Thats bot what i paid for. They expected me to get all the way home and then realize they didn’t add the proper ingredients. I asked for a manager she’s telling me there’s no manager on duty. I asked for a general manager and was told the manager quick and she would have S***** call me. Of course I was upset then she started yelling at me. In addition, this has happened before where you guys didn’t give me the proper ingredients or even enough and this was the last straw. Thank you

My fiancé and I came here after shopping one day and we were not disappointed. Although they were out of both the ramens, we still absolutely LOVE this place. Came in around 2-3 on a Friday and they were pretty busy! Dine in area is a tad small but they have outside seating which we took advantage of. From the boba drinks to our plates, everything was amazing and delicious. They give you silverware and chopsticks which I thought was pretty great. Service was great from the two ladies who helped us. We will certainly be back to try that ramen!

All I ordered was a couple of bubble teas. The first batch of them had the wrong type of boba in them. The second batch looked like this with the lid off. Besides that, the woman that made the drinks was chewing gum. That’s just not even sanitary. Little bits of spit all in the bubble tea.
