Ordered my food from the Kiosk, didn’t get a receipt both sides of the Kiosk were outta paper, had to wait for a couple of kids to figure out my order. Didn’t get napkins, straws or a drink carrier. When I did ask for a carrier the kid brought me 2 stuck together and they were damp and smelled like mold and had nasty stuff like mold on them.

Me and my boyfriend are pretty frequent customers here and this is not the first time we have had a problem with our order or had a problem waiting. In the past we felt bad for the people that worked there because it would get so busy. But lately, i have not been feeling bad because every-time we order, they seem to mess something of ours up even though we will be waiting there for at least 15-20 minutes for our food. For example tonight, my boyfriend and i got mcdonald’s for dinner. He ordered a big mac with NO cheese, extra big max sauce, and onions. It seems like they PURPOSELY messed up his order because there was a huge mess of cheese all over his bun and patty, no onions and no big mac sauce like he had ordered. It’s extra annoying to spend money on a place that can’t even read their orders correct. We get it it gets busy, but at least read the order properly before you’re about to cook it and send it out. I thought the chesterfield mcdonald’s was bad? this one is just as worse as that one. Please do better.

Waited inside for 15 minutes when the manager said I will be with you in a minute, which was another 5 minutes and still never came. Everyone in their car got waited on right away! Done in don’t matter I guess… I went to taco bell next door and got waited on imediately. Never again.
