I went here about two weeks ago and I would give the food a 5, but I was choosing food that was out of my comfort zone and it didn’t turn out too great so I just threw it out, but other than that, it was great as usual. Taco Bell is normally busy any time I go there, but I was waiting with a dog in the car in the middle of a Sunday and it was done pretty fast. And of course my regular chalupa with chipotle sauce, nacho cheese and no beans was a hit

There was only one other couple dining inside. After waiting over 10 minutes for 3 taco Supremes I went up to the counter to ask where our order was only to be told they were out of soft tortillas. So I said, you couldn’t tell us? So I said give us the crispy shells then. I waited another 5 minutes and walked back up to the counter again. A different employee then apologized and got our order.

I’m a DoorDash driver, I went there twice to pick up orders to deliver and both times I had to wait over 20 minutes past when it was due. The employees took other people’s orders, filled them and got them out the door after I was already there waiting for an extended period of time. I don’t get paid by the hour and they need to make it so that DoorDash drivers don’t have to wait so long.

DO NOT TRUST STORE HOURS. I ordered a 15$ order today, got there to find out the place doesn’t open until 12. The tacobell app said it opened at 9. So I wasted 15$ and my time. There’s a beautiful thing called Google. Update your hours. This place is not open until midnight or 1 am. I’ve driven past and went to order multiple times around 1030 or 11 just to have the drive through blocked off and doors locked. The hours of this place depends on if yhe manager wants to do their job or not it seems. It explains the what seems like a revolving door of employees.

I ordered the chicken burrito special that comes with a taco Supreme snd a drink. The burrito had 1 and 1/2 strip of chicken in it. The beans taste like it was heavily cooked in peanut oil. And I said little ice. The cup was half way full of ice.

If i could i would do half a star. Showed up in the middle of the at 6:28 and did my order. Waited for half an hour till i went to ask Kiosk which is apparently the manager what happened to my food. She said they haven’t even started yet. Just to know that we were the first people in the store and it was silent. She offered us a refund and didn’t even apologize. Stood in front for 20 minutes people stared at me and didn’t help me at all. Nobody was at the register. U had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to Finnish the doordash order… the orders should already be done and put up at mobile pick up there’s no way one small meal takes 35 minutes!? You guys need better staff and need to be quicker that’s ridiculous I’d give zero stars if possible

Brand new Taco Bell location. Very clean and new. Service was friendly and efficient. We ordered with five people. Our order was basically right – we had a few modifications. Chips were a little stale, which is a common Taco Bell problem. Maybe one order wasn’t 100% right, but close enough. Pretty much what you would expect from any TB at any time, maybe a little better. A welcome choice to the area.
