Friendliest kindest staff, it was the end of day & I was running w hungry child looking for food. The staff gave me a skinny cheese + cookie for free. They let us in despite the fact that they had closed their cashier box, they made us a sandwich, the offered more cookies …but we picked one. Thank you so much ! Well. Food is good BUT my gosh the employees are sad to talk with. Customer service and care are ZERO. The girl making the sandwiches (wearing a glass) has the lowest energy ever. If I were the owner and had this person with such depressing mood and completely lack of care for clients, I would think about what I’m doing wrong when hiring employees. It feels like she is doing me a favor when I order !

When I got here it was packed and usually that’s a good sign. I got a pizza sandwich and it was amazing. All of their flavours fit together perfectly. Their signature sandwich is “A Wreck” filled with salami, roast beef, turkey and ham. Don’t see how this is 4.1 stars. This is easily 5 stars.

This location doesn’t get the credit they deserve. Today I placed an order online and picked it up but noticed later that I was given the wrong sandwich. Upon returning to the store, I seen that the line was long and all the way out the door. Even with how busy the staff were, they quickly exchanged my sandwich and even gave me a free one. Kindness goes a long way!!! This is an awesome location with awesome staff!!!

Not a particularly great store compared to some of the neighboring locations. Due to the downtown lunch rush, this store seems to focus more so on pushing out quantity versus quality (as can be seen in the pictures). The staff aren’t the friendliest either.

Veggie melt sandwich is realy good with comfortable amount of cheese and mushrooms in it. The vinegar and salt chips that you can buy as extra are also good. Only disappointment is that coke zero is not available.
