Was told about this place by a family memeber and boy they did not dissappoint with this spot. Absolutely stellar food selections and the desserts they had looked amazing except they did not have any dairy free options. Place was busy but they kept the lines moving and customers seemed super happy leaving. Will be back for sure to try more!

Got there at 420pm got seated alone in an upstairs loft. Over the next 45 minutes the loft filled with other customers. And 1 by 1 they all got their food. An hour and 25 minutes later we the 1st ones there still waiting, even mentioned it to the waitress who copped an attitude, my 1st and last time i will ever go to Fogartys.

Lobster roll ($30) and lobster stew ($20) were good. There is a large out door patio which is what attracted us to this restaurant for safe pandemic time eating. They also have a large number of indoor tables. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, pleased with food and outdoor option.

I would love to give this place a good review but I can’t, because after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting for food and watching everyone else who arrived after us be served, we just walked out ♀️ service was bad. I hate to rag on service workers but not once did anyone come to check on us and even offer a refill of my drink.

Although our waitress was sweet and personable, mistakes were made. The couple with us ordered a seafood platter to split. What they got was totally different. Asked for extra sour cream, had to ask again. We had asked for separate checks but it was on one check at the end, which she had to correct. We have been here before but always had great service.

This used to be my favorite place to eat. This changed after the past 3 time I have gotten take out from them. The past 3 times I have gotten their Buffalo chicken from them I have had long hairs in the Buffalo chicken. Usually it might have fallen into the food when packaged, no these hairs were fried into the food! This means their food prep sanitary procedures are lacking, which could be solved with a hair net. I thought I was the only one having this happen but it also happened to my wife and my mother in law as well. First time I thought it was just random after the next too it wasn’t just random. I really hope this gets fixed because I’d really like to start eating there again.
