When making garlic cheese bread it’s best not to put it cheese side down. Because it is now all over the tin foil. Super annoying, just pure ignorance. Hopefully management makes this a teaching moment for these kids.

I’m an Imos guy. Borderline best pizza in Stl. That being said, we seem to strike out at our local Imos. Toppings are reliably skimpy on our go-to pineapple pizza. We are happy to pay $32 for the salad and pizza, but let’s at least give the people what they want!

All IMO’s is great but this is the best I’ve had. Perfect cheese/sauce/topping ratio. Give the person who made the pizza today a raise!

I have been doing pickup and delivery from this location for a few years now, and they are great. The pizzas are hot and well made. The delivery person follows requests, and everyone is always very pleasant and helpful at pickups. This will continue to be my preferred location. I would have posted a photo of one of the delicious pizzas, but my family devours them too quickly 😉

A real shame I wasted my money here. Pizzas were literally ice cold and stuck to the bottom of the box. House salad was more cheese than lettuce, 2 stars because the 2 liter of soda was cold . Had a chance to earn business for a week while my guys work on St Albans school but the opportunity has been and gone. A shame that Imos decided to franchise, no quality control.

This location is a complete joke. I would leave zero stars if I could. I arrived to pick my order up and the email said it was ready only for them to say “five more minutes”. Ok… So I check the email to make sure I read it correctly and it says, ‘order has been picked up, enjoy!’ Makes it seem as if the pizza was given away to another customer. Understandably, mistakes and accidents happen. However, nobody was willing to own up to that, let alone make it right. After waiting said 5 minutes they told me it would be an additional 6 minutes. All the while groceries are melting in the car, and kids are growing impatient. Finally, 20 minutes after it was reported ready for pickup, I was leaving with a freshly prepared pizza, and the remainder of my order which had sat there growing cold the duration of my wait. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. And don’t tip ahead while placing an online order, they don’t care about your business.

The worst. I ordered the chicken strip lunch and the chicken was completely burned. I should have just throw $18.33 in the trash because that is where the food ended up. Do better.

The order taking process is definitly in need of some work. Orders should always be read back to the customer before final entry to assure accuracy. Also confirming pizza size (16 inch or 14 inch vs xlarge or large) along with total price might help eliminate confusion.

Terrible pizza. This store needs to head south to Tesson Ferry or the IMO’s in Arnold and learn how to make pizza. Have ordered SEVERAL times thinking it would get better. Pizza has no sauce, not much cheese, overcooked, COLD, and the crust is very chewy. Seriously, this store needs to close it’s a disservice to the IMO’s franchise.

If you want cold pizza and a long wait, order delivery from here. I grew up in this neighborhood and the only time that I had a hot meal from this Imo’s was when I ordered take out. I don’t know what the problem is, but I ordered a pizza last night around 8pm and it took them over an hour to bake and deliver the pie to my residence which is a short 10 min drive away. I agree with the other ‘critical’ reviews that the management here doesn’t hire quality employees. I’ve lived in multiple locations over the past years and ordered Imo’s all over the city of St Louis with no problems.
