We ordered Domino’s pizzas. They came 15 minutes late. They brought the wrong pizzas. We called them. Multiple numbers, multiple times. They finally answered. And we talk to somebody for five minutes. Then they put us on hold for… going on 11 minutes now… now we’re just listening to them sing in the background “it’s electric…“. It’s been very entertaining. A bit of profanity. Everyone sounds mostly high or on drugs of some kind. Which may explain why they’re singing wedding songs. I honestly hope none of them get married. Did I mention it’s my birthday? Anyways, I really just want some hot and fresh pizza “guaranteed” … we are still on hold, going on 15 minutes. They earned an extra star for the entertainment. They hung up now. We called again. They answered but then just left the phone off the hook. I’m getting tired. I’d really like some pizza with white sauce on my birthday. : /

This time around the pizza was hot and fresh and made with care! I almost forgot to get a pic before I started digging into my food! I ordered and exxtravaganza pizza with a order of brownies n coke, I got 50% off of my order with a coupon too! The brownies were delicious and still hot! I live 4 minutes away. The Pizza Tracker shows where the driver is and when the driver left. The driver drove 15 miles in the other direction first, then proceeded go around my area and deliver some more pizzas before finally dropping mine off last. I know I was last because the driver was about to go to the wrong house and I had to go up to the car to get my cold (not lukewarm) pizza. There was no extra cheese. The cheese didn’t even reach the crust for the love of Pete. When I complained about it they offered me a free two topping medium pizza… delivery only. This wasn’t at dinner or lunch time. This was at 2 in the afternoon. I’m going back to tipping after the order arrives. No more Dominos. I’ll pay the extra 10 bucks and go Premium. I suggest you all do the same.

The past two times I’ve ordered something from the downtown store last time I ordered a twenty seven dollar pizza specialty large philly no shrooms I got a mushroom loaded philly and they find e know two liter this is ordered philly sandwich no shrooms ordered pava cake for those they were in crumbs broken open chocaate was so cooked it dried up on all three .five sodas for 699 with coupon my total was almost twenty five bucks .and both time when I called the store to talk she hung up on me rrudely with the attire de tht it’s my flt her driving vers have been idea what there doing that fifty dollars in two visits and you all want to hang up on me and act like my money just grows on trees I. Have never had a bad experience with this location until this past Thursday when i made my lunch order online as i always do then run over on my 30 min lunch break to grab it like i always do and its usually great service my food is ready to go and im in and out without any issues but this time i walk in to get my order which i could see sitting on the rack ready for me but i dont see a single employee but one woman who is back in the office with another women who isnt an employee and theyre sitting back there laughing and chatting looking at their phones holding the non employees baby for 10 mins i stood there shouting excuse me trying to get their attention as i only have a short amount of time after 3-4 attempts shouting over the loud music and waving to get their attention with no response i end up walking out and leaving without my food. Its beyond ridiculous i go there at least once a week because its quick the service is usually fairly good. But this situation upset me so bad ill never go back. Being a person who has worked many customer service jobs i can honestly say that was an unspeakable situation idk why people even bother having jobs in customer service when they clearly do not have those kind of skills idk where all the employees i usually see working there were cuz those guys are great they pay attention i literally could have walked behind the counter and grabbed my food and anything else i wanted to grab and left and those ladies would not have even noticed js. Ordered pizza, stated it was delivered on the Domino’s tracker, but was actually never delivered. Attempted to contact several times and was forwarded to an automated system which was useless. The one person that did speak with me told me it would arrive in 20-45 minutes, and it never arrived. Absolutely awful customer service Dominos! No pictures because I never received the pizza but they certainly made sure to charge me immediately for the pizza I never received. 0/5

Order was mixed up somehow but Andrew the manager made it right. Anthony an associate working at the register however was rude and very unprofessional. Overall the pizza was made correctly and the kids were happy.
