I love the inside out pizza. This is the first time I have been since the name change. The inside out was still good and the price seems the same. I tried the double decker thin crust personal cheese pizza. it was good. The sauce was very tasty. With that said, the price was expensive. It was $13.95 for a personal pizza without any toppings other than extra cheese. I wouldn’t recommend the cheddar fries. They were soft cooked and made softer by the cheese.

I hate to give this place a bad review but the quality has gone down. They have these new crazy cups that have no lids and you have to fold them. They are so flimsy. No straws. You have to drink out of it like a 10 year old drinking your soda out of a milk carton. Dumbest thing ever. The soda prep station was destroyed with soda because every customer had trouble trying to fold their cups. I’m speechless. This is not a Karen rant. I am speechless at not only the cup design but that management would use these. Seriously enough of a reason to not go. Every customer was complaining when I was there. Also, served one of us food and the rest of us waited for 20 min. Literally 4 people in the entire restaurant. Other person in our party finished their meal and we still didn’t have any food. Ridiculous.

Not all Double Deckers are created equal. Ordered takeout from this one tonight and when we came to pick up our food they forgot to cook our pizza! Was told it would be about 10-15 minutes so we decided to wait for it. I thought they could have discounted it for their mistake but didn’t. I also got a chicken quesadilla because the last one I had from the Ridley Park location was really good. However the one I got from here was sad, hardly any cheese or chicken. Also fries were soggy probably because we had to wait an extra 15 mins for our pizza. The prices are high for the quality of food that you get. Probably won’t be ordering from this location again.

The toppings are always fresh, the cheese is gooey and melty, and the crust is a delicious balance of chewy and crispy. I had ordered two salads for takeout about a month ago delivered to my house. Both salads tasted and smelled like chemicals/plastic. I called the store to complain but was told I couldn’t get my money back even if I drove there and was offered a credit on my account which I reluctantly accepted. Fast forward to tonight we ordered take out as a family a vegetable pizza which was fine and two wraps. The vegetables in my wrap again tasted like chemicals I can’t even eat it. I’m not going to bother calling the store and definitely won’t be ordering from here again I’ll go to tried and true Pinocchio’s down the street. The quality has definitely gone down.

Ordered a turkey hoagie for lunch and a drink. Went and sat down and waited. After @15-20 minutes I noticed the 3 women who came in and ordered AFTER me got their food, as I sat there. So I asked the guy at the counter, it’s been 20 minutes, are they are gonna have it anytime soon. I get 30 minutes for lunch. He mumbled “it’s only been 15 min” and I said wrap it up. Then when I got it it was delicious and killed it in like 5 minutes!! Food good, service, needs work.

This place is an excellent place to eat. And I mean excellent. They play great music and are super positive. My waitress Aggela was super helpful. She was positive, informative, and helpful. The food: the Best. Seriously, and i know of many inferior places to Double Decker Pizza. I thoroughly recommend eating here.
