I wish I read the Customer Service Reviews before going to this place because they were all on point. The Pizza looked like it had been sitting a while, but I still ordered a plain slice. Within 30 seconds of my order and payment of $5 for a slice and soda, a fresh pie comes put and is placed on the counter. I simply asked nicely if I could get a fresh slice and I was told No that the slice I was getting was good enough. So with that said, I ate what was served and sadly it was not good enough. It had potential with a nice crispy crust, but it was way too thick and could not taste the sauce. Pizzerias used to make you feel welcome, not here so I will not be back ever again since I will not be able to order a Fresh Slice of Pizza.

I love SIENNAS sm. I would do anything to eat a slice now. My two favorite pizzas places are joes in NYC and Siennas. I don’t live home anymore and consider yourself lucky bc the pizza in the rest of America is trash and I’ve lived in many cities. I find myself dreaming about one of their slices of pepperoni. I’m craving it right now and it’s 9:30 in the morning. The people in there I’ve never had a negative experience with and I’ve been there thousands of times. If they sent me a t shirt I would wear it proudly. Whenever I visit home I make my mom take me to siennas because it brings me back to being an innocent child.

Terrible service for mediocre pizza. Wouldn’t even give me a water cup. People that were working the counter also were rude, and had no manners. One of the employees screamed out for a customer multiple times in a very rude tone, and also grabbed a slice from the pizza from the showcase with his bare hands. Wouldn’t go here again

Literally the worst pizzeria within at least 20 miles and I have tasted them all. Food’s mediocre on their best day and cardboard on most. No concept of what it means to own a restaurant. They give a bad name to pizza.

Not impressed with customer service .I went on their website and I ordered a hot sandwich for $7.95 to be told it’s $11.95, the owner tells me I’m on yelp ( which I wasn’t) and I’m told to type SGP and I’ll get the right prices. I go on SGP which directed me to Siena and of course it says $7.95. Didn’t even want to listen to me, I suggested they update their website. Done with this place.

I originally gave Siena’s Gourmet Pizza a 4 star review but have now downgraded it to a 2 star review. The food quality went down and the cleanliness too. In fact it’s hard to find a seat sometimes with all of the pizza boxes and tomato sauce cans on the tables. Also, they are the only pizza place I know that doesn’t have garlic powder for customers. I hear they are going out of business. Let’s hope the new owners do better.
