I ordered a deep dish pepperoni through their app at 11:26, estimated to be ready between 11:46 and 11:51. I get there a little after 11:50 and ask about it, and they haven’t starting making it yet. About 5 minutes later, the cashier has to ask the kitchen about it again, because they still hadn’t started it. I would have settled for something they had ready, if they’d offered it.

I had an extremely large order of 80 pizzas. Called one day in advance. The price was amazing and experience even better. Seamless transition with the pizzas. They were all ready and warm when I got there. Don’t know how they pulled off this miracle! I would use them again 1 million times over. Well run business on the west side of town!

This is the food I get to walk away with and feed my kids what a joke this location is. I drove 15 Mins out of my way to pick this up and this is the quality you get at this location. If you want resolution these guys require you to bring back the messed up food so they can correct it instead of being convenient and taking your name down so you can re order at your next convenience. This location is a joke and so is the management. I wish I could give negative stars

They have gotten my orders wrong a couple of times but overall, when I get my order I’m satisfied. I usually get the deep dish pizza or the stuffed crust pepperoni. The last deep dish I had was pretty sad, but I’ve always gotten a good stuffed crust. It’s probably my favorite pizza place to get stuffed crust!

The lobby makes no sense. It’s very unorganized. I walked in and I ordered hot and ready cheese that was hot and ready and then some pepperoni but they were out of the pepperoni so I had to wait 15 minutes which is fine, I don’t have a problem waiting for things. But my order came up and instead of giving it to me he waited on the three people who came in after me gave them the food I ordered and made me wait longer until more was ready for me. I don’t mind waiting for my turn but that was not the case.

Good place for an out the door pizza, definitely not the best place in town nor the fastest either. Doordashing the pizza is much more enjoyable than standing in line see if there’s any hot and ready, which is usually not really ready. Decent prices, staff are usually very busy and friendly but they are usually short staffed so that usually means delays, even when doordashing from any location there’s usually a longer wait time than expected so keep that in mind when tipping your dasher. They are the real warriors in this industry!

I ordered an extra most best stuffed pepperoni pizza about two weeks ago. I called same day and told them that it was wrong and was told I would be getting my money back. I called again recently and was told that without a customer number they couldn’t check it and that it could take up to a MONTH to get my money back.

I ordered three pizzas on doordash and this location omitted my ham and pineapple pizza. Pretty annoying when ordering on doordash is so expensive and its a holiday. I bought this to enjoy with my family for fathers day and pineapple pizza is my partners favorite pizza. This kind of service lacks luster and professionalism. Im extremely disappointed.

A lot better than the 17th south location, that’s for sure. I don’t know how the that location stays in business. This one is more consistent with having hot and ready pizzas and crazy bread available, and having later hours. For some dumb reason I don’t understand, you can’t order pizzas late on the app even though they’re open. That’s annoying and inconvenient.
