5 stars restaurant. We got Pho Stone Bowl, Pho Royal on the 1st day of our visit. One the 2nd day we got their special Hủ Tiếu. Phenomenal food. Very nice and clean restaurant. Up pleasant waiter. Highly recommended.

1st time customer. Am a Pho finatic. Had the Royal Pho and Beef Spring Rolls (1st time). The Pho was very tasty. Service was good. Pretty high tech with menu on IPad and robot delivering your order.

This place used to be amazing. We used to come here two times a month at least for the pho and rice platers. I’m not sure what changed but they did some interior remodel, got rid of the boba tea bar for some reason. The beef in the raw pho has gotten significantly smaller and feels different too. The rice is tasteless and bland when it used to be beaming with flavor. They don’t have servers anymore they just use the little robots to serve and then expect a tip with zero human contact. The pho is still fairly good but they pre pack the extras which is weird and it doesn’t feel fresh. this place took almost a year to open and then changed management or owners and now I don’t think they will last the year. There’s never anyone in here eating anymore when it used to be very popular. Very upset about the place going down hill. Pot stickers aren’t very good, crab ragoons are empty. Enjoy ?

Flavor was good but mild and could use a little heat. The banh mi was not expensive but under filled with very little meat or vegetables. The pancake was excellent.The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We started with the Vietnamese Pancake which was very tasty. The robotic service was an interesting touch. Our main courses were both pho, one was chicken and the other was extra rare beef. We were both pleased with the taste but felt the amount of meat added was not a good value. On the downside, I was surprised a 15% tip was automatically added for a party of two. This is not a standard practice that I have ever encountered before.

Vietnamese is my favorite food in the world and I’m very familiar but this place is very disappointing. We’ve been here 3 times, and every time, I’m disgusted by the cheap, rubbery, mystery meat that I can’t eat it. It’s not normal. The flavors and portions are lacking. The Bahn mi had no flavor, and that sandwich was meant to scream flavor and texture and fire on all taste buds. I’d feel safer if they had more tofu/veg options. The service wasn’t great from the human but we didn’t mind the cute robot server. I really want to like it. It’s a beautiful space, they’ve spent a lot of money on it and it could be a great addition to the options in Crystal Lake. But it’s not.
