Stopped in to try the limited offer blueberry lemonade. I was very thirsty. It was pretty good, but had way too much ice in the cup. I finished the drink and there was still about three-fifths of the cup full of ice remaining.

I go to this Arbys once or twice a month on my way home from work. Food is always hot and prepared correctly. They have good deals on food during the week. The one time something was forgotten I called when I got home spoke to the manager. She took my name and said that they would make it for me correctly next time I came by. No fuss no muss. I appreciated that.

If you are driving a service truck you won’t fit through drive through. Door plastered with all kinds of information but no service other than drive through. Call but drive through is backed up and no answer so what use is the sign. Please hire someone to open the door and answer the phone.

Prices were mislabeled on the drive thru menu which wasn’t a big deal. But the food was trash. Almost 7 bucks for one sandwich and they put one piece of meat on it. They advertise themselves as putting a lot of meat.

Got 35 dollars of food here got out order right but it was made it sloppy I wanter extra cheese on my roast and looks like they poured it directly on my roast beef !!!! It was still pretty good the roast beef was but not the fries they were cold when we finally got our Arby’s sauce I asked for extra Arby’s sauce and they gave me none I understand that I should of checked my bag but I figured they would get me Arby’s sauce I just asked them too I got extra chicken nuggets no sauce for that either but it’s not like u can put ketchup on a roast beef . Then never apologize and dint at least give us better fries, warm ones to eat with our 35 Arby’s dinner!!! I won’t be going back any time soon
