Horrible service; had to order at the window. While I was waiting a friend of the guy at the window in a convertible black mustang drove around and walked between my car and the window to place an order. This place is just awful. It twenty minutes now and my order is still not ready.

We were in the area and possibly went at the wrong time. They were waiting on the delivery truck so they were out of buns, fries and several other things. We got the tenders and fried Okra. There was some sort or drama going on in the parking lot so from drive thru order spot to picking up order, over 23 minutes went by. Food was good and hot, so no complaints there.

Doors locked up at 7 PM! That says your staff is lazy and only wants to do drive-through. I don’t do drive-through when doors should be open this let’s me see I got all that I ordered. They will not get my business any more

Why is it no one wants to work. I sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one said anything to let me know they knew I was waiting. Then I drive up to the window and the guy is talking to someone who was not in the making an order. You all need to do a better job at this location. This is unacceptable. And I will right a bad review everytime I come cause you don’t want to work. Close down if you can’t find reliable workers. Night crew is the problem.

When we arrive at pay window they had changed shift and the guy was left clueless about our order. We checked our order after payment no peppers and we were charged and had ask for receipt since was a charge card used. This is the 3rd× time at this location with screw ups.
