Ordered online on 4 Aug 23 @ 8pm. I received a call shortly after that they ran out of pan pizza dough and I agreed to substitute for hand-tossed. 2 1/2 hours later I called and asked if my order was going to still be delivered and was told that they were closed.

Was not very happy with the pizza i ordered. Both were large but had more crust than meat. The meat lovers looked like a two topping pizza. I gave coupons over the phone but because i forgot them at home they only honored the wings not the pizza coupon. Don’t think I’ll go back to that Pizza Hut

2nd time we ordered recently and had the exact same issue. On line prior to order said ready in 15 minutes. After order it indicated ready in 24 minutes at 5:35. Arrived at pizza hut 5:37 , 2 minutes late since previous order was not ready on time and pizza was not even in oven after arrival. Same as last order.

We went to try the spicy lovers pizza and omg y’all. I give it a 100%. Number one the staff was kind and reasonable. Also number 2 the presentation on this pizza was excellent it had no flaws and was very fresh. Number three the taste was amazing if you love spicy deff. Refer to this one. Will eat this one again. Thank all the wonderful staff for making this delicious pizza. Again please come on down and try them out. P.s no I do not work for pizza hut. I just love there pizzas.

Extremely disappointed in our recent order. Pizzas were overcooked and dry. Crust was not edible as it was almost burnt and black in some places. Very little to no sauce, despite requesting extra. The new “cheesy” melt we tried for the first time was like eating cardboard. No cheese or sauce that was detectable. Crust was hard and inside the melt was dry meat. It will be a while until we give Pizza Hut another try. Worst pizza we’ve ever had from them.

Always tastes great! The only thing I was disappointed about was previously you could choose the garlic butter on the crust (I ordered stuffed crust). This time, I wasn’t given that option. Would have been perfect if that option were still available.
