I’ve gone to this location for about 2 years, probably 2-4 times a week. Yea, I have a problem. Anyhow, the night crew, led by (I think her name is) Sam? Are excellent. They know my name without asking, regularly go above and beyond, and produce perfect food… the day crew? Well… like horror story bad most of the time. Always this grumpy older dude with tattoo’d arms, who is not only rude, but more often than not ruins the food. I basically wait til night to go now.

Literally ordered food at 9:30pm… here it is about 11:10pm and I’ve had to make two phone calls there in the last twenty minutes because after having to wait on hold for 10 minutes I got hung up on… now I’m next in line to be picked up by a driver… even though at 9:45 they had online that it was in quality check and out of the oven… if you want something quick i definitely say don’t order from here like I did, bad thing is I’m a diabetic and my sugar is low… not even sure if I’ll be able to get out of bed to get it now cuz I’m seeing gray splotches now… typing this with one eye open…

They took $40 and didn’t even place my order, I called numerous times and was ignored. They answered once, someone in the background said “just hang up” and they hung up on me, never received my food or refund this was days ago. Will be talking to cooperate. these people don’t wanna do their jobs.

Absolutely love the pizza varieties here and the deals are pretty awesome. I love their hand tossed pizza with Alfredo sauce and chicken. Their ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The choco lava cake is also my favorite. I tried their stuffed garlic bread with spinach and feta cheese which was good and cheesy but the crust was slightly burnt. Overall satisfactory experience and their pizza doesn’t fail to impress me each time.

Legit just had the manager yell at me that I’m wrong when the website only lists 2 ingredients for the item I ordered. Instead of helping me fix the issue all he would say is ” I’m wrong, shut up, you got it how it comes!” I used to work for dominoes and it’s gone nothing but downhill in the past 3 years. If higher ups see this please get better management that can talk to customers like people. I will be taking my services to little ceasers until then.
