Took almost an hour to deliver two sandwiches that were prepared spectacularly wrong. Wrong toppings. No cheese. Extremely confusing and frustrating. Probably will avoid this location in the future because my last several orders have been wrong. Also they’ve jacked up the delivery pricing which is laughable for how badly their service has been lately. Hopefully I get my refund.

Well kept restaurant. Very clean inside out . The staff was very friendly and both the male employee who made our meal and the one preparing the meat were very polite today during the lunch hour. Food was very fresh and done well . I highly suggest this restaurant although the prices may seem high you get what you pay for so it’s worth it.

Just ordered a sandwich earlier using the Jimmy John’s app, took over an hour before it said it was out for delivery, then waited another half an hour or so for the delivery before I found out they just left it on my doorstep, never knocked or rang the doorbell or anything. Not happy about that. Sandwich seems pretty light on toppings even by Jimmy John’s standards. Not ordering from this location ever again.

Inconsistent. Sometimes they are great, other times they are trash. Ordered two sandwich combos today which were repeated correctly. One sandwich without tomatoes and mayo, another with everything. Sandwiches were reversed (toppings were all placed on the order that was supposed to not have them), chips were incorrect and only one drink was charged on the order again, after being repeated back correctly.

The dude at the window was super enthusiastic. I didn’t realize the wheat bread was sliced bread, that’s on me. The Tuna wasn’t very good, wasn’t bad. I’m not a big tuna person. But I actually prefer the canned. It was simply a fun learning experience, I eat the whole thing. Got it for 20% off, and a free sandwich next time. I recommend the JJ App! They gave me a good-sized fountain water, which I appreciate. When I get those tiny cups that you get at the hospitals before a piss test, I’m like, why bother? I know I’m cheap and it’s free, but I need the extra trash.
