The staff here is always super friendly, our orders are always correct, and the food is typically fresh. I don’t live in Hastings, but whenever we are in the area we stop by the “good Taco Bell” because this location is much better than any of the locations in Grand Rapids. It’s refreshing to see staff working together, getting along, and creating a positive environment for customers.

I used to work here— the store is run like it’s still attached to a gas station, the entire store is very small and difficult to work in, no spots for employees to put their stuff etc. only four tables inside as well. The general manager working inside is very honest about not wanting to be a manager and often fires employees for little things while complaining about being understaffed. I’ve had to work days where there was three employees in the entire building during lunch rush and the manager didn’t care and wouldn’t close/help us. DO NOT WORK HERE.

I wont be going to this Taco Bell anymore. Everytime I go here something is wrong with my order. Most recently, 2 days ago, I was in Hastings and stopped by to get 2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos. When I got home and ate them, there was no sauce on either one. Just plain chicken lettuce cheese and tomatoes.

Came to Taco Bell on a Sunday looking to get a quick snack until dinner. Food I ordered was good but didn’t look like the pictures at all. The Enchirrito was nothing but a soft shell burrito with sauce shredded cheese and a scoop of sour cream and guacamole. The steak quesadilla had very little steak where 1/2 of it was just cheese and tortilla. The service by the Manager was rude and uncalled for as we asked if we could order at the cash register rather than the kiosk. Was told if we wanted that we had to wait for him to get done what he was doing yet there where no customers even in the drive thru. Another group of customers walked out after that. Seems like the staff could use a lesson in professionalism and hospitality as we are here to spend money.

I ordered the 5 dollar box got home opened it and there was a gob of hair in my food. Not just a couple hairs like someone brushed a snarl out of their hair on my food. I took it back. I had a Toasted Cheddar Chilupa with beef. They replaced it with a Toasted Cheddar Chilupa with Chicken and a coupon for a free taco. Great, but I wanted BEEF NOT CHICKEN.
