Every time I go there the staff are friendly and restaurant is always clean the food here is always fresh you can get and out within 5 to 10 minutes so if you are bite on your lunch break or getting something for dinner you won’t be disappointed

Asian Star has always been the best take out Chinese food in town. We usually have it twice a month. You always get fresh tasting food and more food than you can eat. Recently in our last few visits the food and taste has changed, so not sure if they have a new owner or cook.

I was so glad Oakland got a Chinese place since the one here closed years ago. I really like Asian Star, they’re fast, foods always what I ordered, never been disappointed and have eaten there many times. My kids and I love it. Hope it’s here to stay! Asian Star 10/10

While going to the store and ordering is good, calling in an order is a risky proposition. My wife tried to call in an order and the person who answered the phone was rude. He added things that my wife did not order. After my wife told him to cancel the order and hung up, the guy had the nerve to call her back and say that my wife was completely wrong and tried to say she ordered food that she did not order.
