This isn’t the normal Dunkin I go to but it was close by. The drive-thru is really long so I went inside. Got 2 bacon egg croissants and not only did it take almost 10 minutes to get the food it was cold. Cheese wasn’t even melting.

Coffee should ALWAYS be stirred. You shouldnt have to ask for that, not many carry a spoon in their car to stir it their self. Most importantly… Holly in the drive thru window.. If you dont like your job hun then find a new one because you are NOT friendly at all. If someone says thank you the polite thing to say is your welcome. You dont say anything.. Not good morning.. Have a nice day.. Absolutely nothing. That is not good customer service.

Foods always cold even after they just handed it to you. I just went and got 2 snacknbacons and right after pulling out of the drive through we took them out, they were cold to the touch, I wasn’t that bother but then I took a drink of my ice tea after I had asked for liquid sugar and it was so bitter that I didn’t want to drink it anymore. Wasn’t my best experience but don’t let me stop you ‍♀️
