I witnessed the volunteer not practicing contactless delivery on several occasions when he handed my mother the meals, even though there was a chair outside the gate. I had to tell him several times to leave the meals on the chair in front of the gate. He pretended not to hear me even though I was standing in the driveway. It made me so upset that he disregarded my mother’s health risk.
